		<description>Having worked in this community for several years now I am absolutely delighted that the idea of a community for developers has gathered so much momentum and is being backed up by events and initiatives to make it happen in practice.  Couldn&#039;t agree more on the cultural male-bias though - the free beer/softdrinks/pizza free-style type of event panders to the single young male stereotype.  I look forward to the day when good support with childcare becomes as standard as free wifi at events.</description>
